Shadow of the Sea

These low poly models are game characters I designed for a mobile app game, they are Vix, Sophia and Victor the only characters made. Vix is special because she has a Spline IK that controls her chain weapon.

Texture is made in Inkscape and Photoshop, and modeled in Maya. The game was built with Unity software.
Vix the present character was inspired by one of the team members Matthew Jones, he inspired us to create a character based on the League of Legends 'Thresh' with his chain and hook.
As character concept artist I designed the character to be a female, only with a chain anchor instead of a hook.
Vix's texture is not the actual used texture for the mobile game, its was awfully bright green and yellow. I remade it dark red with shadow elements leaking into her face and called her the Shadow of the sea. The only regret I had was not finding the alpha to make the black parts in the chain texture invisible, not yet anyway.
